Jest dobrze i
estetycznie. Miejsca na jeszcze lepiej zostalo, a i estetyzm moich hobby tez wzrasta za kazdym spojrzeniem. Szczegolnie przy lekturze ksiazki "Knives 2023". Polak potrafi. Nie tylko szable potrafimy dobre wykuwac, ale i noze. Pan Piotr Gosciniak wytwarza noze taktyczne, ktorymi nie jeden zolnierz wojsk specjalnych by sie nie powstydzil. *** The oldest known folding knife comes from the archeologically significant Hallstatt period (Early Iron Age), western and central Europe, eighth to fifth centuries BCE) and is easily 2,500 years old. The Celtic piece has an iron blade. There is also a multipiece and multifunctional tool and cutlery knife - made of silver, with a spoon, fork, and toothpick - dating from the third century. It was possibly carried by a well-to-do Roman during his travels. The pattern books of the big knife manufacturers of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries contain hundreds of different models of pocketknife, from fine gentlemen's knives to specialized folding knives for work and hunting. The number of models is not as great today, but it is still impressive. Folding knives are always a good choice when compact packing size is important: despite a fully adequate handle, a 3.15-inch-long blade can easily fit into a pants pocket, which is usually 4.3 inches deep. That is unbeatable. Folding knives are also especially safe to transport, since in folded condition the sharp blade point and cutting edge are completely separated. Compared to fixed knives, because of their large number of parts and the necessary mechanism, folding knives usually require more care and are not as durable. FOLDING AIDS. Nail Mark and Blade Spine. Folding knives differ in how the blade is extended and folded again. This can be done in the traditional way, with two hands. In addition to a blade spine extending far out of the handle, the most common opening aid on two-handed knives is the so-called nail mark. It is a groove in the side of the blade that provides secure footing for a thumb-nail when opening the knife. Most traditional folding knives are of this two-hand type, including style legends such as the Buck 110 (Oliver Lang, "The big book of knives"). *** "Panie, niech plomien Twojego swiatla oswieci mnie, bym zobaczyl siebie takim, jakim Ty mnie widzisz; rozniec moja dusze uczuciami jakie powinny w niej zaistniec na widok swoich grzechow; obdarz mnie, blagam, przez nieskonczone zaslugi swojej meki, przez Twa cenna krew za mnie przelana, przez wstawiennictwo Twojej Najswietszej Matki, obdarz mnie skrucha, bym umial sie nawracac i zmieniac" - SW. EUGENIUSZ DE MAZENOD.
